Abstract

This research aimed to study 1) Level of Applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the practice of Employees in Military circle 15^thRamrachanivej Camp Mueng District Petchburi Province, 2) Factor affecting Applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the practice of Employees in Military circle 15^thRamrachanivej Camp. The Samples were 140 informants From Employees in Ramrachanivej Camp. Descriptive Statistics were percentage, mean, S.D. Inferrntial Statistics were multiple regression analysis.  The research result were as follows: 1) Applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the practice of Employees in Military circle 15^thRamrachanivej Camp Mueng District Petchburi Province were at a high level in overall such as Virtue, Cognition, Rational, Are immune and Tolerable. 2) Personality were in relationship with Applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the practice of Employees were Insignificant. And factor affecting Applying the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy to the practice of Employees in Military circle 15^th Ramrachanivej Camp were statistically significant at the .01 such as Attitude, Knowledge and Understanding, Bureaucratic Structures, Communication and Resource.
