Enterprise Resource Planning System's Impact on Net Benefits in Warehouse Management: A Case Study of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited

Abstract
This research, titled "Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Affecting Net Benefits in Warehouse Management: A Case Study of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited aims to 1. Examine the level of ERP systems in warehouse management. 2. Assess the level of net benefits in warehouse management. 3. Investigate the relationship between ERP systems and net benefits. 4. Identify predictive variables of ERP systems that influence net benefits in warehouse management. The sample consisted of 276 employees from the head office of Siam City Cement Public Company Limited, located in Bangkok. The research instrument used was a 14-item questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis.
The study found that the overall level of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems was high across all dimensions, including Completeness, Ease of understanding, Privacy, Relevance, Security and safety Similarly, the overall level of net benefits in warehouse management was also high in all dimensions, which included Productivity, Innovation, User satisfaction, Management control, The ERP system showed a positive correlation with all aspects of net benefits. Furthermore, all five dimensions of the ERP system were statistically significant predictors of net benefits, with a constant value of 0.466, indicating that the ERP system could explain 46.6% of the variance in net benefits at the 0.05 significance level. The resulting regression equation is as follows Net Benefits in Warehouse Management = 0.466(Constant) + 0.202(Completeness) + 0.195(Ease of Understanding) + 0.174 (Privacy) + 0.144 (Relevance) + 0.172 (Security and Safety).
