เมืองสู่เมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ของไทย : การสังเคราะห์งานวิจัย โดยแบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่

บทคัดย่อ
งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการสังเคราะห์จากผลงานวิจัยเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ (Learning City: LC) โดยใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยีแบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Models: LLM) ร่วมกับการวิเคราะห์ผลลัพธ์จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสกัดประเด็นสาระสำคัญ และสังเคราะห์รูปแบบกลไกของเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ที่เกิดขึ้น พร้อมเสนอแนะรูปแบบการพัฒนาเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ในอนาคต ได้ใช้ข้อมูลจากงานวิจัยที่ได้รับการสนับสนุนจากทุน บพท. ในปีงบประมาณ 2564 - ปีงบประมาณ 2565 ทั้งสิ้น 36 โครงการ หรือ 29 เมือง ใช้เทคนิค Text network analysis และทำประมวลผลจาก LLM เพื่อหาความเชื่อมโยงของปัจจัย โครงสร้างขององค์ประกอบเมืองและกลไกขับเคลือนการพัฒนาเชื่อมโยงกับความรู้งานวิจัย ผลการสังเคราะห์ได้พบว่า สามารถจำแนกรูปแบบและกลไกของโครงการ LC ได้จำนวน 6 รูปแบบ ดังนี้คือ 1) เมืองสำหรับการพัฒนาเมือง 2) เมืองเพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่เรียนรู้และนวัตกรรม 3) เมืองเพื่อสร้างการมีส่วนร่วมพัฒนาเครือข่ายเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ 4) เมืองเพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านนวัตกรรมเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ 5) เมืองเพื่อวิจัยและพัฒนา และ 6) เมืองเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนแบ่งปันเรียนรู้และความร่วมมือระหว่างเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้ งานวิจัยได้ชี้ให้เห็นว่า การใช้เครื่องมือแบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Models: LLM) สามารถอธิบายปรากฏการณ์รูปแบบเมืองแห่งการเรียนรู้จากสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ ได้และมีบทสรุปข้อเสนอแนะใหม่ ๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นสามารถนำไปสร้างนโยบาย
