Innovative Leadership of School Administrators Affecting Innovative Organization of Schools under Secondary Educational Service Area Office Songkhla Satun

Abstract

This research aims to (1) investigate the innovative leadership of administrators, (2) examine the innovative organization of schools, 3) analyze the correlation between the innovative leadership of administrators and the innovative organization of schools, and (4) develop a predictive equation for innovative leadership that influences the innovative organization of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Songkhla Satun. The sample group comprised 331 teachers. The research instrument employed was a 5-point Likert scale. The findings reveal that the overall level of innovative leadership among administrators is rated highly across all dimensions. Similarly, the overall level of innovation within school organizations is also rated highly across all measured aspects. Furthermore, the study identified a statistically significant positive correlation between administrators’ innovative leadership and the innovative organization of schools at the .01 significance level. The predictive model, developed through multiple regression analysis, identified key variables influencing innovation, including cultivation of an innovative organizational environment, creativity, risk management, and collaboration and engagement.
