Police Services in Nong Ruea Local Police Station, Nong Ruea District, KhonKaen Province

Abstract

                   The objectives of the research article were to 1) to study the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khon Kaen province, 2) to compare the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khonkaen province according to the opinion of people with the difference in sex, age, educational level, and monthly income, and 3) to study the suggestions about the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khon Kaen province. The sample group used in this study were the people using service from police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khon Kaen province whom were determined the sized by Taro Yamane instruments used in this study was rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used in analyzing data was frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test One-way ANOVA, F-test, and the way of least significant dignificant difference between any two means of Scheffe’s. The results of research were found as follows :

                  1) The people who used service from Nongruea police station opinion that police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khonkaen province was at high level in overall. When the data were analyzed in each side, the results were found that the highest average was readiness in service, the second was the decorum of police station, and equality in service. While the least average was the side of perverting mistakes in serving repeatedly.

                  2) The to comparative results were found that the people using service from to Nongruea police station, with the difference in age, educational level, and monthly income, and monthly income had the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station at statically significant difference of .05 level in overall. While the people using the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station with the difference in sex, educational level had the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station in the same way.

                  3) The highest frequency that most of the informants had opinion towards the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district, Khon Kaen province was the place for the people who come for using service should be added more, the second was the police officer’s service at Nongruea police station, Nongruea district ought to emphasize on arresting criminals in every case. Broadly speaking, they should not follow only big cases but they must follow small cases as well, and the police officer’s should be well provided to control and manage traffic operation at any risk places.
