Leadership Development Guidelines of School Administrators under the Office of UdonThani Primary Educational Service Area 4

Abstract

Sample groups include 82 school administrators, 228 school teachers and tools used to collect this data. Was a questionnaire with 5 rating scales and the statistics used for data analysis are percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, F-tests (One-way ANOVA)
