Satisfaction of Employers towards Work Performance and Characteristics of Political Science Graduates, Mahamakut Buddhist University, Srilanchang Campus

Abstract

           The objective of  this research were  to study  the employers’ satisfactions on the performance and features for Political Science Graduate Students from Mahamakut  Buddhist University, Srilanchang Campus in the following areas; moral and ethical, knowledge, cognitive skills, interpersonal skills and responsibility and numerical analysis, communication and information technology skill. The populations consisted of 75 graduates’ employers, included employers, entrepreneurs, department heads. Ownership of human resources, representative offices at the executive level of both public and private sectors, obtained by using Purposive Sampling. The instrument use in the research was a Rating Scale questionnaire five levels for assessing employers’ satisfactions. There’s reliability is 0.96. The statistics used in data analysis for this research were Percentages, Mean, Standard  Deviation.

          The result of this research were as follows : The employers’ satisfactions on the performance and features in overall were in the high level. The average each respectively side is interpersonal skills and responsibility numerical analysis communication information technology skill cognitive skills knowledge moral and  ethical respectively.
