A STUDY OF EDUCATION MANAGEMENT POTENTIAL OF SUBDISTRICT ADMINISTRATION ORGANIZATION IN MAHASARAKHAM PROVINCE

Abstract

         The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the educational management potential of the Tambon Administrative Organization that established schools, 2) to study the factors for determining whether the sub-district administration organization is suitable for education management at the basic education level. The target group was 36 participants in the management of the study. The tool used was an interview form. Analyze data by content analysis methods. 

        The results were found that: 1. the educational management potential of the Tambon Administrative Organization that established the school. In the province of Maha Sarakham, it was found that academically, a curriculum was created. Prepare various academic documents. Personnel have effective personnel. A competent person And meet the statute of government teacher and education personnel budget has been allocated budget from the Department of Local Administration. And able to use the budget to promote and support education management according to their authority when deemed necessary Management There is a delegation of authority to judge in the administration of the president of the sub-district administrative organization with full efficiency. Building side there is support to provide an environment suitable for learning management. There is constant surveillance and tidy and safety. 2. Factors in determining whether the Tambon Administrative Organization is suitable for the provision of education at the basic education level was found that: 2.1) The inequality in education was the solution to the problem of access to quality and free education. 2.2) To increase educational opportunities is the provision of public services to people in their communities. 2.3) Participation of the community in the management of education is that the community is the best person who can see the problems that arise. And cause precise problem solving By taking the problems and needs of the community to be the determinants in the formulation of a local education development plan as a guideline for the implementation of the district administration organization's education in that fiscal year.
