LEARNING MANAGEMENT ON THE CHANG SIP MU SUBJECT BASED ON THE FOUR IDDHIPADA DOCTRINES OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOLS GENERAL EDUCATION PHAYAO PROVINCE

Abstract

         The objectives of the research article were 1) to study state of learning management on the Chan Sip Mu subject (ten divisions of traditional Thai Crafts) based on the four IDDHIPADA doctrines, Phrapariyattidhamma Schools General Education, Phayao province,2) compare learning management on the Chang Sip Mu subjects, Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, Phayao province classified    by status, Educational background and work experience, 3)study the approach and suggestions in supporting learning management on the Chan Sip Mu subjects by using the four IDDHIPADA doctrines, Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, Phayao province. It is a quantitative and qualitative research. A simple random sample was drawn from 111 administrators and teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire that analyzed data by Standard Deviation. t-test and the one-way analysis of variance. The qualitative research analysis by doing in-depth interviews with 16 key informant, descriptive data were analyzed.

         The results were found that: 1. State of learning management on the Chang Sip Mu subjects based on the four IDDHIPADA doctrines , General Education, Phrapariyattidhamma Schools , Phayao province. Findings revealed that overall is at a high level. When considering each aspects.They were descending order, namely Vimamsa, Chanda, Citta and Viriya respectively. 2. compare the sample group of administrators and teachers , Education background and work experience.There were no difference opinions towards learning management of the Chang Sip Mu subjects by using the four IDDHIPADA doctrines, Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education, Phayao province. 3. approach and promotion suggestions management of the Chang Sip Mu subjects. The administrators and teachers must realize that should provide professional learning for learners, because such professions are unique in Thai and do not contradict the students monks. Should promote the budget in the area of training, students work was spread to be seen in the academic skill competition and should be organize expert lecturers to train the Chang Sip Mu subjects for local wisdom teachers who volunteered to teach in schools that do not yet have teachers in this field.
