Abstract
The objectives of the research article were to study and compare the opinions of school administrators towards the guidelines for developing early childhood student potential of school administrators under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 in the 21st century. The sample group was the School Administrators under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Elementary Education Area 1, 165 people. The tool was a questionnaire. The data were analyzed by computer processing for percentage, mean, standard deviation, t - test and F-test.
The research results were as follow: 1. the opinions of the school administrators on the guidelines for developing early childhood students' potential the overall level is at a high level. Sort the average from highest to lowest is the evaluation aspect. for teachers and educational personnel building participation aspect and the content of the course, respectively. 2. School administrators with gender, education level Executive experience. They have different opinions on the approach to developing early childhood students' potential. No different the executives of different ages had different opinions.
