PARTICIPATION IN PROMOTING LEGAL KNOWLEDGE TO PEOPLE OF KHONKAEN PROVINCE

Abstract

           The objectives of this research article were 1) to study the participation in promoting legal knowledge to people in KhonKaen Province, 2) to study the factors influencing participation in promoting legal knowledge to people, and 3) to study the guidelines for the development of participation in the promotion of legal knowledge for people in KhonKaen province. The sample consisted of 400 people who had the right to vote in KhonKaen Province and 10 people who were interviewed by interviewees. The research tools including questionnaires and interview forms. The statistics used in the research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis. The qualitative data analysis used descriptive analysis.

           The results showed that: 1. The level of participation in the promotion of legal knowledge to people in KhonKaen province, dependent variables in all aspects, found that a moderate level. 2. Factors Influencing Participation in Promoting Legal Knowledge to People in Khon Kaen Province Overall in all aspects, it was found that assistance from network partners. The role of local authorities. The predictor coefficients   in raw scores were .676 and .174, respectively. 3. Development guidelines should create a legal process or policy for the people there is a campaign for people to participate in promoting knowledge of the law. For people who follow the law Listening to people's opinions in helping in case of disputes organize training and prepare a manual on legal knowledge  in the community Government agencies come to provide knowledge about participation in promoting legal knowledge in practice by cultivating values of consciousness and raising awareness of community law knowledge and the benefits of legal participation.
