ENHANCING DESIRABLE PUBLIC HEALTH BEHAVIORS IN WORKING AGE 25-59 YEARS OF AGE OF WANG SAM MO DISTRICT, UDON THANI PROVINCE

Abstract

           The objectives of the research article were 1) to study the promotion of desirable health behaviors among working people, 2) to study the factors influencing the promotion of desirable health behaviors among working people, and 3) to study the development guidelines for enhancing the desirable health behaviors of people in working age between 25-59 years old in Wang Sam Mo district, Udon Thani province. The sample group was people who had the right to vote in Wang Sam Mo district, Udon Thani province 397 people. The research tools were questionnaires and interview forms. The Statistics used in quantitative research were frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis using sequential variable selection methods for discussion of results and qualitative data analysis using descriptive analysis.


           The research found that: 1. Enhancing Desirable Public Health Behaviors in Working People Age 25-59 in Wang Sam Mo District Udon Thani Province Overall, it was found that the enhancement of desirable public health behaviors in working age was at a moderate level. 2. Value of weight, significance of factors influencing the enhancement of desirable public health behaviors in working age aged 25-59 years in Wang Sam Mo district. Udon Thani province Overall, all aspects of stress management were found to be, fitness, self-health responsibility the coefficients of the predictors in raw scores (b) were .420, .275 and .040, respectively. 3. Guidelines for development  of enhancing desirable public health behaviors in working age aged 25-59 years in Wang Sam Mo district, Udon Thani province. Should focuses on eating healthy food. Take health supplements as ordered by the doctor. Promote health care behaviors by participating in social activities related to exercise for health providing a special channel for working people aged 25-59 years to have access to health services. To provide knowledge about the development of mental health, coordinating with relevant departments for mental quality of life for happiness Developing working age in mental health, government or network partners give importance and psychological stability in life, both emotional and life, with stress and stress management. Provide appropriate counseling and support when dealing with stress or mental imbalance on stimuli or stimulants. Create a happy atmosphere at work caused by being affected by work stimuli. Practice optimism. Look at everything in a positive way.
