GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP THE TEACHING AND LEARNING MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE BAHUSSUTA 5 OF MORAL TEACHING MONKS IN PRIMARY SCHOOLS UNDER ROI-ET OFFICE OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA

Abstract

         This research aimed to: 1) study the teaching and learning management of moral teaching monks, 2) study the teaching and learning management based on Bahusuta 5 of moral teaching monks, and 3) provide guidance for develop the teaching and learning management based on Bahusuta 5 of moral teaching monks in Primary Schools Under Roi - Et Office of Educational Service Area. This study used the mixed research methodologies. The samples were 214 moral teaching monks. The tool used in this process was a questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were: Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Standard Deviation. And, researcher interviewed the target group were 5 of educational experts, analyzed by the content analysis to find the conclusion.

          The research results were as follows: 1. the teaching and learning management of moral teaching monks in overall was at a highest level; It could be organized in order as follows: Classroom management, making of handouts, using instruction medias, preparation of lesson plans, and the evaluation, respectively. 2. The teaching and learning management based on Bahusuta 5 of moral teaching monks found that: 1) preparation of lesson plans: moral monks lack knowledge and understanding of the curriculum and use educational institutions to formulate lesson plans. school activities resulted in failure to follow the lesson plan, 2) making of handouts: lack of knowledge and understanding in the production of teaching materials, 3) classroom management: do not use a variety of media,4) using instruction medias: do not use a variety of media, and 5) the evaluation: No multiple assessments and lack of knowledge and understanding of actual assessment. 3. The guidance for develop the teaching and learning management based on Bahusuta 5 of moral teaching monks found that: 1) preparation of lesson plans: develop lesson plans designed to cover a wide range of learning styles and easy to understand, 2) making of handouts: create interesting teaching materials that stimulate students' desire to learn,  3) classroom management: Praying, praying, receiving precepts, meditating before class, 4) using instruction medias: Choose from a variety of media that cover your curiosity. provoke to think, and 5) the evaluation: assessment from student’ s work based on the project-based.
