DEVELOPMENT OF LEARING RESOURCE MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES ACCORDING TO THE PHILOSOPHY OF SUFFICIENCY ECONOMY FOR EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS KALASIN PRIMARY EDUCATIONAL SERVICE AREA OFFICE 1

Abstract

           The objectives of this research paper were 1) 1) to study the components and indicators of the management of learning resources according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for educational institutions, 2) to study the current condition Desirable conditions and necessities of learning resources management according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for educational institutions, 3) to develop guidelines for management of learning resources according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for educational institutions Kalasin Elementary Education Service Area Office, Region 1. The sample groups used were 325 persons, including administrators, academic supervisors and teachers in schools under Kalasin Elementary Education Service Area Office 1, the instrument was a questionnaire, interview form, and a suitability assessment form and possibility The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation.

          The results of the research were as follows: 1. The components of the management of learning resources according to the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy for educational institutions Kalasin Elementary Educational Service Area Office 1, from the experts, found that there were 4 components: 1) planning to promote the use of learning resources 2) collecting data for using learning resources 3) preparing guidelines and 4) Follow-up and evaluation 2. Current condition Desirable condition and the necessity of managing learning resources according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for educational institutions Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area Office 1 found that the overall level was at a moderate level. Desirable conditions for management of learning resources according to the philosophy of sufficiency economy for educational institutions Under the Office of Kalasin Elementary Education Service Area 1, it was found that it was at the highest level for educational institutions Kalasin Primary Educational Service Area District Office 1 from qualified persons Overall, it's appropriate and the possibilities are at a high level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that all aspects were appropriate and feasible at a high level in every aspect as well.
