A MODEL FOR QUALITY DEVELOPMENT IN EDUCATIONAL MANGEMENTAT THE GRADUATE LEVEL IN EDUCATIONAL ADMINISTRATION, MAHAMAKUT BUDDHIST UNIVERSITY LANNA CAMPUS

Abstract

This research has the following objectives:1) Study the management conditions of the Educational Administration Program at Mahamakut Buddhist University, Lanna Campus. 2) Create a model for developing the quality of education management The sample group used in the purposive sampling study was 45 graduates of the Educational Administration Program, 6 teachers of the Educational Administration Program, 15 administrators of the educational service area, educational institutions, and educational offices where students work, and 21 experts to confirm the model, totaling 87 informants. The research instruments were: 1. Student Working Conditions Survey 2. Expert Opinion Questionnaire using the Delphi technique Statistics used in the research Mean, Percentage, Standard Deviation, and Model Confirmation with Medium and IQR.

The research results found that 1) The management conditions of the Educational Administration Program at Mahamakut Buddhist University, Lanna Campus were at a high level overall. When considering each item, the teaching and learning management and thesis control aspects were equal, and the item with the lowest average value was the facilitation aspect, with an average value of 2) Expert Opinions in Creating a Model for Developing the Quality of Education Management in the Educational Administration Program Overall, the interquartile range (IOR) value is = 0 for all items, indicating that experts have a consensus opinion. All 7 items have the highest average value, which is the development of teachers and educational personnel before appointment to positions, followed by the National Education Plan 2017-2036, the 20-year plan, and the lowest in two areas: 1. Administration and management in educational institutions and 2. Creating a design thinking process, with the same average value of 4.86.
