Abstract

In order to explore the status quo and problems of China’s local government fnancing platform transformation process, and propose effective countermeasures, this article adopts the literature method, interview method and case analysis method, taking XX platform company as an example, and analyzes the XX platform based on the logic of cause and effect and the logic of efciency. The actual situation and problems in the company’s transformation process. The research results show that when Chinese local government fnancing platforms are in different stages of transformation, they need to combine their own platform attributes, face the environment, and adopt scientifc methods and methods to “seeking common ground” or “seeking differences” with the help of causal logic and efciency logic. Optimize decision-making and choose strategies suitable for your own development to promote the successful transformation and sustainable development of the platform. The transformation of China’s local government fnancing platform must not only focus on external management, but also emphasize internal management. It must adapt to the development and changes of the times and the environment. From managing operation to managing capital, completing the leap of legality threshold will be the future of China's local government fnancing. The development trend of platform transformation.
