Editor’s Note

Since its launch, the Chinese Journal of Social Science and Management (CJSSM) has received strong support from domestic and foreign authors. The Editorial Board has always adhered to rigorous academic standards and a pragmatic attitude, which has continuously improved the quantity and quality of the articles and gradually established a reputation. The continuous growth of journals is the result of the joint efforts of all parties. To cope with the rapidly changing environment we are experiencing, academic exchanges and cooperation have become even more important. In order to better meet the needs of readers and authors, after careful discussion, the Editorial Board has decided to increase the number of articles in each issue from 14 to 20 starting from this issue. This move would further promote academic exchanges and cooperation, and lay a more solid foundation for the long-term development of the journal.

We would continue to maintain the rigorous review of articles and provide high-quality editing services to ensure the content quality and academic standards of the journal. This issue contains 20 articles from Thailand comprising the Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM), Thonburi University, Suan Dusit University, Thammasat University, Huachiew Chalermprakiet University, and Dhurakij Pundit University, and from China consisting of Fujian Normal University, Guangxi University of Finance and Economics, Xiamen Institute of Technology, Fuzhou University of International Studies and Trade, GuangZhou City Construction College, Tongren Preschool Education College and Shanghai Muzhi Technology Co., Ltd. The content covers fnance, leadership and organizational behavior, education and psychology, entrepreneurship and management, marketing, tourism and hotel management, human resources, international trade, cross-cultural communication, rural revitalization, etc. These articles reflect the developments and challenges in different felds and industries in the world today, and discuss feasible solutions in different contexts providing readers with in-depth insights and inspirations to promote the development and practical application of knowledge.

We have been committed to providing more convenient reading and downloading services for our readers. Readers can search and download CJSSM through the Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) platform and PIM’s library website. The Editorial Board would continue to work hard to improve the quality of the journal, and work with scholars to explore major issues in the felds of social science and management. We believe and promise that CJSSM would continually improve its service quality and better serve readers.
