THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE INTERNALIZATION AND EXTERNALIZATION, ON EMPIRICAL STUDY OF TACIT KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER OF CHINESE WUSHU
Main Article Content
Abstract
To deal with the unclear relationship between knowledge internalization and externalization of the current Chinese Wushu and its undefined interaction mechanism. This paper firstly presents an analysis of the master-apprentice model of Wushu dissemination. Then, by using the questionnaire survey method, factor analysis, and structural equation model were adopted to explore the relationship of the master-prentice relationship, master’s teaching knowledge and transferability, apprentice's knowledge acceptance capability, organization culture, and its characteristics, and the recessive degree of Wushu knowledge, and the effects of internalization and externalization of tacit Wushu knowledge. Wushu tacit knowledge's internalization effects on externalization were acquired. The results showed that in the process of implicit knowledge transfer and the degree of internalization had a positive impact on the externalization of Wushu and under the influence of a master's teaching ability, apprentice acceptance ability, and transfer environment.
