中华武术隐性知识转移内化与外化程度关系实证研究

摘要
针对当前武术知识内化和外化关系不清，相互作用机理不明等问题，本研究首先分析了武术传播的师徒模式，然后借助问卷调查法、因子分析法和结构方程模型法探讨了师徒关系、师父知识传送能力、徒弟知识接收能力、组织文化及其特征和武术知识隐性程度与隐性知识转移内化、外化效果之间的关系，得到了武术隐性知识内化效果对于外化效果的影响。得到的结论为：在武术隐性知识转移过程中隐性知识内化程度对于外化程度具有正向影响，同时还受到师父知识发送能力、徒弟知识接受能力以及转移环境等影响的共同影响。
