GENETICS, SHAPING, AND LEARNING: A STUDY ON THE MECHANISMS OF PROFESSIONAL PERSONALITY FORMATION AMONG OUTSTANDING COUNSELORS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN GUANGXI, CHINA
Main Article Content
Abstract
This study explores the intrinsic mechanism for the formation of professional personalities among outstanding counselors at Guangxi universities. Through semi-structured interviews and participatory observation, it was found that there is a complex interaction among genetics, environment, and self-learning, which collectively shape counselors’ professional personalities. The research results provide a new perspective on understanding the formation mechanism for professional personalities among outstanding counselors and offer empirical evidence and specific recommendations for the professional development and personality cultivation of university counselors.
