摘要

本研究深入探讨了广西高校优秀辅导员职业人格形成的内在机理,通过半结构式访谈和参与式观察,发现遗传、环境和自我习得三者之间存在复杂的相互作用,共同塑造了辅导员的职业人格。研究结果为理解优秀辅导员职业人格的形成机制提供了新视角,为高校辅导员职业发展和人格培养提供了实证基础和具体建议。
