快递纸箱回收意愿的影响因素研究 ——基于中国6个城市的随机抽样数据

摘要
本文以什么因素会影响消费者的快递纸箱回收意愿为研究问题, 研究目的是根据计划行为理论, 分析环境保护意识、 绿色消费认知、 经济激励、 便利性对快递纸箱回收意愿的影响。 研究样本来自中国东南沿海一、 三线城市, 分别有上海、 广州、 深圳、 汕头、 潮州、 揭阳, 并采取系统随机抽样, 最终回收有效问卷共456份。 本研究采用多元回归分析; 环境保护意识、 绿色消费认知、 经济激励、 便利性为自变量, 快递纸箱回收意愿为因变量。 其分析结果归纳为二。 第一,环境保护意识、 绿色消费认知、 经济激励、 便利性对消费者的快递纸箱回收意愿有影响。 第二,在比较四个自变量中, 绿色消费认知对快递纸箱回收意愿的影响最大。
