团队知识分享影响因素的探索性研究

摘要
作为知识管理的主流， 知识分享尤为重要。 在这个知识经济时代， 知识分享如果不能得到很好的传播和使用就无法体现出知识的价值， 能够弄清影响知识分享的相关因素， 解决企业中的知识分享问题则可以形成企业的核心竞争力。 文献中对知识分享的研究大多局限于对知识分享的方式、 障碍及管理上， 对知识管理的影响因素研究上还大都使用实证研究的方法。 文章选取了具有团队工作经验的20为研究对象进行了访谈， 采用半结构化访谈法围绕他们所提供的典型案例进行深度访谈， 并通过扎根分析法对案例中的内容进行提炼、 分析和编码， 得出了13个对知识分享产生影响的因素， 并把这13个因素按照其属性进行归纳、 分类， 最终得出了6类影响知识分享的因素， 即。 本研究结果对知识分享的过程具有一定的指导意义， 并为今后关于知识分享影响因素的实证研究奠定了一定的基础。
