开放式集体绘画团队权力/知识整合的过程研究

摘要
本文基于知识管理视角,以褔柯的权力/知识理论作为支持来研究开放式集体绘画创作团队中知识传送方之间权力/知识整合过程中的内容。本文选取绘画领域的开放式集体绘画创作团队为研究对象,以深入访谈式定性方法对团队权力/知识整合过程进行探索性研究,得出 结论:(1) 开放式目标决定了集体绘画创作团队的权力/知识整合过程是一个权力/知识重叠的发展整合过程;(2) 团队关系是权力/知识整合基础,差异冲突及协调因素起到对权力/知识整合的调节作用,冲突需求(个人权力/知识实现需求)是权力/知识整合过程的重要支撑条件。 通过本研究可将本文发现的知识整合内容应用于更广泛的团队实践专业背景中,并或解决围绕知识传送方之间的权力/知识整合内容的一个空白。
