企业文化对员工绩效的影响研究—以忠诚度为中介变量

摘要
随着世界经济的发展,企业在市场竞争中,如何适应复杂多变的市场形势,形成自身核心竞争力,关键是企业文化建设方面。本文运用文献研究法、问卷调查法、实证分析等方法,研究企业文化、员工绩效、员工忠诚度三者之间相互影响的关系;并采用描述性、信效度、相关性、回归等分析和验证。结果显示企业文化不仅对员工绩效产生正向的影响作用, 而且从参与性、一致性、适应性和使命感四个维度对员工绩效产生作用。
