安全型领导对员工安全绩效的影响机制探析 —一项基于中国山东建筑企业的研究

摘要

本研究基于领导力社会认同模型,选择中国山东省2家大型建筑企业250人进行问卷 调查,使用SPSS 22.0和AMOS 21.0软件对调查数据进行分析,建立一个包含中介和多个调节变量的跨层次模型,深入探讨了安全型领导对员工安全绩效的影响机制和边界条件。研究结果表明,安全型领导通过安全动机来影响安全绩效,安全动机在安全型领导和安全绩效中所起到中介作用;员工感知到的安全氛围和对领导的信任这两个调节变量与安全型领导和安全绩效中 介之间存在显著的正向调节作用。研究结果为建筑企业改善安全管理提供了新的思路和方法。
