区域旅游开发质量与开发绩效关系研究

摘要

当前,旅游业被誉为“黄金产业”,成为全球最受关注的产业,区域旅游发展得到新 契机,发展前景越来越好。建立一个影响顾客参与因素及顾客参与和情绪,对顾客满意度的影响的框架。为区域旅游经营者辨认与提升顾客参与意愿,改进服务,提升服务质量,提高顾客 满意度和服务质量变得非常有必要。


区域旅游若需要良好的运作离不开稳定的客户流,而吸引顾客最基本的就是顾客的满意度。本文准备在构建区域旅游顾客满意度的理论框架模型基础上,用实证研究的方法,对贵 州省区域旅游满意度进行相关研究。用定性和定量分析相结合的研究方法,并以具体的 文献,资料分析,访谈,问卷,统计分析方法,构建区域旅游顾客满意度的理论框架模型, 提出影响顾客参与因素的框架。这种研究对于区域旅游的运营有着较强的应用价值,并且在理 论上也有较好的探索意义。本文对区域旅游顾客满意度进行分析之后提供若干建议和措施。


顾客满意度在旅游开发质量与旅游开发绩效间起着中介作用,影响极大。区域自然经济社会文化,区域重要活动,区域服务质量,顾客参与程度,顾客消费情绪,对区域客户满意度有重要影响。区域开发绩效与游乐的质量对顾客满意度起着调节作用,旅游开发质量和开发 绩效关系是一个复杂、动态的系统。本文探究了旅游开发质量与开发绩效关系的影响机制。 帮市场管理者健全完善制度,规范市场秩序,规避相关风险,优化自身推动中国文旅行业的 发展。
