组织承诺对工作绩效的影响研究——基于员工敬业度的中介作用

摘要

组织承诺和员工敬业度都会影响到企业员工的工作绩效。文中将首次把员工敬业度作为中介变量研究组织承诺如何影响工作绩效。选取中国企业410多名员工为样本,借助问卷调查收集数据,发放问卷426份,收回有效问卷418份,运用多元回归分析法,探讨了组织承诺、 员工敬业度和工作绩效之间关系。具体结果如下:(1) 组织承诺呈明显正相关影响工作绩效; (2) 组织承诺呈明显正相关影响员工敬业度;(3) 员工敬业度呈明显正相关影响工作绩效; (4) 员工敬 业度在影响组织承诺和工作绩效中起到中介作用;通过总结和提炼研究结果,为之后的研究奠 定理论依据和发展方向。
