乡村旅游地居民参与态度、参与意愿与参与行为关系研究

摘要
近年来，乡村旅游已得到越来越多旅游学者的关注，而基于居民参与乡村旅游行为的相关研究还有待深入。本文基于计划行为理论，通过构建乡村旅游地居民参与行为的理论模型，旨在分析乡村旅游地居民参与行为的产生机制。通过对517份样本数据进行SPSS20.0软件分析发现，居民参与态度和参与意愿对当地居民参与行为存在显著的正向影响，居民参与意愿在居民参与态度和参与行为中起中介作用。同时验证居民参与乡村旅游同样适用计划行为理论，对于调动居民参与乡村旅游积极性，促进乡村旅游可持续发展有一定的实践意义，最后还提出了引导居民参与乡村旅游的管理启示。
