基于Lotka-Volterra模型的在线教育企业竞争策略研究

摘要
中国大陆互联网在线教育用户规模庞大,在线教育行业市场集中度比较低,行业竞 争激烈。竞争策略的选择是影响企业发展的重要因素。本文参考生态学领域的Lotka-Volterra模型的建模思路,构建在线教育企业的市场关系模型研究企业竞争策略。根据不同的企业间关系以及不同生态角色定位的组合,结合Lotka-Volterra模型得出了十六种组合策略方案。这十六种组合策略方案可以分为三类策略,即合作策略、领先策略以及差异化策略。这些竞争策略 方案为在线教育平台的发展提供战略决策指导。
