行为型文化智力、人格特质、学业表现对主观幸福感的影响: 以在泰中国留学生为例

摘要
在全球化发展下,“文化智力” 与 “幸福感” 越来越受到跨国企业和教育机构的重视。本研究使用SPSS19.0统计分析,共264名中国留学生参与,其中针对两间泰国大学的164名中国留学生进行问卷发放,在学业表现为控制变量下,文化智力、人格特质和幸福感间得出新的研究结论:行为型文化智力对主观幸福感呈显著正向关系,然而动机型文化智力对主观幸福感并无显著关系;经验开放性对主观幸福感呈显著正向关系,然而神经质对主观幸福感呈显著负向关系;学生年龄越大主观幸福感越高,学业表现越好主观幸福感也越高。在泰国学术界对于中国留学生的文化智力(文化智商)相关研究不多背景之下,本研究能给予泰国学校在实施留学生的政策和制度上提供有力的参考。
