企业文化对员工创新绩效的影响研究——以隐性知识共享行为为中介作用

摘要

本文采用实证研究方法,以北京、上海、广州、贵州省为主要研究对象,通过信度、效度、相关性和回归等分析方法对 520 名员工调研数据进行整理分析。探讨了企业文化、隐性知识共享行为对员工创新绩效之间的影响并构建了关系模型。结果显示:企业文化对员工创新绩效有正向影响作用;企业文化的四个维度也对员工创新绩效有正向影响作用,隐性知识共享行为起到了中介作用,根据研究发现提出企业管理相关实践建议,并围绕企业文化研究趋势进行了总结和展望。
