以IPA分析法评估泰国A大学的中国留学生宿舍服务品质

摘要
本研究以泰国A大学224位中国留学住宿生为研究对象，采用PZB服务品质为基础理论进行探讨研究，目的为分析A大学中国留学生对宿舍管理重视度与满意度的现况，以重要绩效程度法 (IPA) 找出A大学宿舍服务品质中急需改善的项目，为A大学后勤部提供参考 建议。
经过分析结果发现，提供住宿生便利的服务时间、宿舍内具有现代完善的设备、宿舍及公共区域设有足够的网络wifi以及流畅的网络速度、宿舍内外及周边环境安静不吵闹、 能够迅速解决住宿生的抱怨与不满等五项为A大学急需改善的项目。A大学须将前述5项列为首要改善的项目，来提高学生住宿的满意度。
