中国高校教师的志愿精神对教学质量的中介效应研究

摘要

现有教学质量的研究大多探讨教师层面因素与环境层面因素的影响因素上,本文基于社会资本理论和社会交换理论,探索中国高校教师的志愿精神在教学投入与教学质量之间的中介作用,弥补高校教师无私志愿精神的影响及作用机制。通过问卷调查,探究三个变量间之间关系。共发出问卷130份,回收后有效问卷122份,有效问卷比率为93.85%。量表之信效度均达学术研究之测量标准。测量工具以SPSS 24.0进行统计,调查结果发现:(1) 教学投入正向影响教学质量;(2) 教学投入正向影响志愿精神;(3) 志愿精神正向影响教学质量,以及 (4) 志愿精神在教学投入与教学质量之间具有部分中介效应。
