职场负面八卦对八卦目标员工的负面效应研究

摘要
职场负面八卦作为职场“冷暴力”,通常有三个参与主体:八卦传播者、八卦接受者以及八 卦目标者。以往对于职场负面八卦的研究较多探讨其对八卦传播者的影响,忽视了其对八卦目 标员工的影响。本研究基于认知——情感个性系统理论旨在探讨职场负面八卦对八卦目标员工帮助行为的影响。通过对来自于中国华中地区的 237 名员工的问卷调查,结果发现:职场负面八卦 会降低八卦目标员工的帮助行为,八卦目标员工的内部人身份感知和消极情感在职场负面八卦与帮助行为之间扮演着中介角色。本研究不仅丰富了职场负面八卦的影响效应及拓展了研究视阈,而且还有助于组织认识到职场负面八卦的负面作用,为如何管控职场负面八卦提供了一定的启示。
