高校青年教师工作压力对工作——家庭冲突的影响研究

摘要
本文以情绪耗竭为中介变量、以组织支持感为调节变量,构建了高校青年教师工作压力对工作家庭冲突影响的理论模型。经过调查研究,结果显示,高校青年教师工作压力各维度对工作家庭冲突显著正向影响;情绪耗竭在其中起到中介作用;组织支持感显著调节高校青年教师工作压力对工作家庭冲突的影响。本文从高校青年教师的个体层面、家庭层面以及高校组织管理层面出发,积极探索缓解高校青年教师工作压力方法,尽可能避免情绪耗竭,同时对协调平衡工作与家庭的关系提出有针对性的对策建议,并为高校优化组织管理提供策略。
