基于创新能力中介作用的科技人才创新意愿与创新行为研究

摘要
中国科技体制改革进入深水区,科技创新成为主要攻关领域,科技人才则是科技创新的中坚力量。目前科研单位、企业管理者对于科技人才创新能力影响创新行为的中介因素还没有清晰地理解,对于创新意愿、创新能力这些前置因素影响科技人才创新行为的作用关系路径仍缺乏明确的认识。本文探讨科技人才的个体层面创新意愿与创新行为的影响关系。与此同时,本文结合理性行为理论,将创新能力作为中介变量,探讨创新能力对科技人才创新行为的影响。为此,本文以科技人才为研究对象,构建创新能力为中介的科技人才创新意愿与创新行为模型,探讨科技人才创新意愿对创新行为的影响及机制。调研发现,科技人才创新意愿对创新行为产生显著正向影响,还通过创新能力的中介作用间接影响创新行为。根据调研结果,本文认为:当下,中国强调科技创新,科技人才的创新行为与市场主体的发展息息相关,无论政府还是企业都必须重视提升科技人才创新意愿,加强科技人才创新能力。
