教育改革背景下学生参与大学治理的效果的实证研究

摘要

伴随新时代高等教育的现代化和社会民主化不断延伸,学生参与大学治理吸引了社会的广 泛关注,已成为高等教育改革和发展的重要部分。学生参与大学治理是现代大学制度在治理新理念和新结构,各方利益相关者之间的权力分配实现高等教育公平和效率的契合。在教育改革背景下,本文研究学生参与大学治理的两类因素,即内在因素与外在因素,设置学生参与大学治理驱动因素量表,构建学生参与大学治理因素理论模型。通过独立样本 T 检验和单因素方差分析法,探析不同特征的学生在大学治理中的差异特点。运用相关性分析和结构方程模型,讨论大学治理中学生在主体态度、参与需要、自我效能、参与制度、民主沟通和信息反馈六个动力生成因素的相互关系。在这些因素的交互影响作用下,形成学生参与校园治理的动力,分析原因和提出对策建议,推动学生参与大学治理行动,为学生参与大学治理改革提供参考。
