基于胜任力模型的文化创意产业人才培养研究

摘要

通过查阅学者们的研究和产业数据发现,中国文化创意产业人才的 “质” 与 “量” 存在供需失调的问题。为了促进文化创意产业人才健康有序发展,提升文化创意产业人才质量,本研究通过文件分析法初步构建了文化创意产业人才胜任力五个维度及各维度构成要素。本次问卷调查共收集了 437 份有效问卷,有效回收率为 88.2%。问卷针对不同职业身份的受访者,调查了他们对文化创意产业人才胜任力各维度构成要素的重要性看法,并运用单因素方差分析法研究不同身份的人,对胜任力各维度构成要素重要程度之显著差异性。最后根据其差异性,建议学校加强专业知识维度以外的其他胜任能力的培养,建议政府引导企业参与学校的人才培养,建议企业加强与学校的用人协议制定。
