农村电商创业者创业动力对创业绩效的影响研究——以广西 W 镇农村电商创业为例

摘要

为深入探究农村电商创业者创业动力对创业绩效的影响,探究创业意愿对创业绩效的影响,探究创业意愿的中介作用,本文以广西 W 镇农村电商创业为例,以农村电商创业者创业意愿为中介,以创业动力为自变量,以创业绩效为因变量,采用文献研究法、个案分析法、问卷调查法,在前期通过对文献的梳理的基础建立了理论模型,设计了研究假设和调查问卷,并对广西W 镇农村电商创业为例的全面科学的问卷调查。结果显示,农村电商创业者的生活动力、资源优势动力、自我实现动力对创业意愿具有正向影响作用,创业意愿对创业绩效具有显著正向关系,创业意愿在创业动力与创业绩效之间存在部分中介效应。通过本文的研究,一方面,能在一定程度上探究农村网络平台创业动力、创业意愿、创业绩效三者关系,深入探究在农村电商创业平台作用下两者的作用机制,另一方面能够对现实中农村电商创业作出一定程度的指导意义,有助于农村电商创业更加科学合理。
