基于安德森模型的中老年人 “时间银行” 互助养老参与意愿及影响因素分析

摘要
随着中国老龄化进程的加快，养老问题一直以来都是社会关注的热点之一，文章围绕 “时间银行互助养老参与意愿” 这一研究焦点，在安德森理论模型的基础上，通过对问卷调查数据进行统计分析，从倾向因素，使能因素和需求因素 3 个维度对中老年人群互助养老参与意向及其影响因素进行探究，结果显示倾向因素、使能因素和需求因素均会对中老年人的 “时间银行” 互助养老模式选择意愿产生影响。“时间银行” 互助养老志愿服务模式是有效应对老龄化问题的重要路径之一，通过政府主导、广泛宣传、社会支持共同推进健康中国和美丽中国的可持续发展。
