制造业企业数字化转型对绩效的作用机制研究

摘要
随着 VUCA 环境特征所带来的机遇和挑战,重新思考企业的组织运行逻辑和如何成功利用 数字技术实现企业的转型发展成为制造业企业亟待解决的生存和发展的难题。在资源基础理论,组织变革理论和动态能力理论的现有相关研究基础上,把组织韧性作为制造业企业数字化转型 与企业绩效的中介变量,同时引入潜在吸收能力作为调节变量。本研究以中国长三角和珠三角制造业为研究对象,采用问卷调查法收集数据,应用多层回归分析处理数据。研究发现,数字化转型对企业绩效有显著的正向影响,组织韧性在数字化转型与企业绩效之间起显著中介作用,潜在吸收能力正向调节数字化转型和企业绩效之间的关系。本文研究的结论对中国制造业企业 进行数字化转型有一定实践指导意义,对中国其他行业企业进行数字化转型具有一定指导作用。
