新生代员工社会网络对工作意义感的影响——职业认同与社会认同视角

摘要

互联网原住民 95 后新生代员工缺乏工作意义感,已成为全世界管理者共同的难题。文章基 于社会网络理论和自我决定理论,探讨了新生代员工社会网络对工作意义感影响的内在作用机理。借鉴成熟量表编制调查问卷,通过对 414 份中国大城市新生代员工发放问卷,利用 SPSS和 AMOS 软件对样本数据进行分析,得到假设验证结果。结果显示:新生代员工社会网络对工作意义感有显著正向影响;职业认同在新生代员工社会网络与工作意义感中起部分中介作用;社会认同调节了新生代员工社会网络与工作意义感之间的正向关系。本文研究结论对中泰以及其他国家新生代员工管理实践有一定指导意义。
