中国新创企业的创业者特质、组织韧性和成长关系研究

摘要
本研究探讨了创业者特质和组织韧性对新创企业发展的影响，并构建了创业者特质、组织韧性与新创企业成长的关系模型。以问卷形式收集 527 份有效样本数据，利用 SPSS 和 AMOS 软件样本数据进行分析，结果显示创业者特质对新创企业成长和组织韧性均有正向显著影响同时组织韧性也对新创企业发展具有正向显著影响，组织韧性在创业者特质与新创企业成长之间具有中介作用，而环境复杂性对创业者特质与新创企业成长之间的关系具有调节作用。这些研究成果对于相关领域的理论建构和发展具有重要意义，对于促进新创企业的健康发展和提高创业者的成功率具有重要的价值。
