创业自我效能感:文献回顾与研究前瞻

摘要
“创业自我效能感”是“自我效能感”在创业领域的深化与拓展,受自我效能理论的启发业自我效能的研究在近年来得到了迅速的发展,并展现出强大的研究势头本文首先从其理论起源、定义及内涵进行探讨,接着系统地梳理了创业自我效能对创业意向和创业绩效的影响以及其测量维度和影响因素。在此基础上,我们还发掘了当前研究中存在的理论缺陷和未被充分关注的领域。文章最后指出了几个未来的研究重点包括创业自我效能的适度性问题、测量维度的统一与比较,以及新的影响因素,如时间创业者的心理与身体状况、政府政策,特别是技术和数字化的影响及其作用机制。
