创新激励、知识重用与互联网企业创新绩效的关系研究

摘要
在知识经济和互联网经济飞速发展的今天,越来越多的企业为强化创新的驱动作用而在发展中融入互联网技术。然而伴随着创新的高风险性和不确定性,企业往往需要主动营造鼓励创新的组织环境,通过一定的激励措施引导员工积极主动的进行创新活动。本文采用多元回归分析的方法开展假设检验,分析了互联网企业创新绩效的内涵和表现形式,提出了创新激励、知识重用、知识信息系统与创新绩效之间的概念模型,梳理了创新绩效的影响因素,并对各因素之间的主效应、调节效应和中介效应进行研究。研究结果发现:第一,企业创新绩效可以通过外在激励得到显著提升,而内在激励对互联网企业的创新绩效提升作用不显著;第二,知识重用行为可以通过加强内在激励增强,而外在激励对员工知识重用的预测作用则不显著;第三,创新绩效可以通过知识重用得到提升;本研究有助于企业进行创新驱动下的知识信息系统建设,给企业的创新决策提供指导意义。
