教改科研保障对学科竞赛的促进关系研究

摘要

随着中国高校对学科竞赛与教改科研保障的重视,高校在学科竞赛以及教改科研保障方面取得了较多的成果,但是在教改科研保障对学科竞赛的促进关系方面研究较少。本文主要研究教改科研保障对学科竞赛的促进机制,使用半结构性访谈法基于扎根理论并利用质性分析软件分析出了学科竞赛的主要影响因素——教改科研保障。研究结果显示:本文提出的三个策略即启发式教学、考核方式改革、本科生导师制可以有效提升学科竞赛的成绩,利用连续两年的学科竞赛成绩及课程成绩进行横向对比分析以验证以上策略确实可行。利用层次分析法建立了教改科研保障与三个策略之间的数学模型,通过数学模型的各权重系数,高等院校可以结合实际情况采取相应的改革措施,以确保教改科研的水平以及学科竞赛的成绩逐步提高。
