战略性社会责任、组织韧性与企业绩效关系研究

摘要

本文以 2010-2020 年间中国沪深两市 A 股制造业上市公司为研究对象,通过实证研究方法对 138 家样本企业、1103 个有效观测值数据进行检验,来深入探讨战略性社会责任、组织韧性和企业绩效之间关系。本文结果表明,战略性社会责任对企业组织韧性和绩效有显著的正向影响, 组织韧性对企业绩效有部分中介作用。本文从利益相关者和动态能力理论角度探讨了组织韧性,这对于提高企业绩效具有现实意义。
