基于结构化访谈的中国职业教育市域产教联合体建设模式质性研究

摘要
本研究主要探讨中国职业教育市域产教联合体的建设模式及其运行机制。研究基于中国《关于深化现代职业教育体系建设改革的意见》等政策背景,分析产教融合在促进产业升级与技术人才培养中的关键作用。采用结构化访谈法,选取政府官员、高校领导、企业高管及科研机构专家为访谈对象,结合协同治理与系统理论,从人才资源供给、科技资源赋能与行政资源增益三个维度进行质性数据分析。研究发现,联合体在专业设置、课程开发、教学实践与科技 创新等方面达到了较高契合度,尤其在政府政策支持与资源整合上表现突出。然而,课程更新滞后、校企合作深度不足及技术转让效率低下等问题制约了其进一步发展。研究总结了四种典型模式,并提出完善激励机制、提升教师行业经验、优化评价体系及促进创新孵化等政策建议,为推动联合体更高质量发展提供参考。
