价值链重构:动态能力对传统低端制造企业构建商业生态系统的影响机制

摘要

复杂动态外部环境下,多数企业选择构建商业生态系统来获取竞争优势,动态能力在其中发挥着重要作用。但相关研究存在两点不足:一是多聚焦于大型或高成长类企业,对传统低端制造企业的转型升级关注不足;二是现有研究未有效展现商业生态系统形成过程中动态能力的作用机制。本研究通过单案例分析,发现传统低端制造企业在积累、转型、扩张和优化 4 个发展阶段,其感知、学习、整合、重构等动态能力的子维度动态变化。动态能力通过内部价值点挖掘、内部价值链纵向延伸、横向拓展以及外部价值链扩展 4 种机制推动传统低端制造企业不断转型升级,逐步构建起商业生态系统。上述发现拓展了商业生态系统的研究情境,厘清了动态能力对企业商业生态系统形成的影响机制,对传统低端制造企业转型升级具有一定的实践启示。
